NOTE: The ctrtool can be used to read and extract CIA files. It contains game content, TMD (title metadata), and a ticket (format that stores an encrypted titlekey). Before, the Citra was filled with bugs and was barely playable. A CIA file is a CTR Importable Archive used to install game content to a Nintendo 3DS handheld device. Use it on a device with a Snapdragon 845 processor or better to have reasonable results. With this emulator, some games work smoothly and some crash.
